1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77ga ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77ga website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, slot games, and video poker.

By creating a 77ga account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 77ga platform.

2 Eligibility

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned to the source payment method at 77ga's sole discretion.

3 Account Registration

To access 77ga's full suite of games and betting markets, you are required to register a player account. The following rules apply to all account registrations and ongoing account maintenance.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 77ga platform at any given time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 77ga employs automated and manual duplicate detection measures. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed, bonus funds forfeited, and winnings voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and must keep this information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact phone number. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your 77ga account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 77ga will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

77ga operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, request that you submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, driver's licences, and recent utility bills or bank statements. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by 77ga may result in account restrictions or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

77ga accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 77ga does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which 77ga accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Own-Name Payment Requirement

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated bet or game session may be voided. Repeated third-party payment activity will result in account closure.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with 77ga support. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: typically within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours.
• Bank transfer: up to one working day from the time of approval.

77ga reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any outstanding verification requirements are met.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits are communicated within the player account dashboard and may vary based on account verification status and payment method. Players with fully verified accounts generally enjoy higher withdrawal limits.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 77ga offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds that remain after the validity period expires will be removed from the player's account automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77ga reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold bonus winnings, and restrict or close accounts where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to place opposing bets in order to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Using low-variance strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion for which the player is not otherwise eligible.

5.4 No Entitlement to Bonuses

Bonuses and promotions are offered at 77ga's discretion and do not constitute a right or entitlement. 77ga may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject only to honouring bonus funds already credited to active player accounts at the time of the change.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on 77ga are subject to the platform's betting rules as published on the relevant product page. 77ga reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets that exploit pricing errors, or bets that fall outside the platform's maximum stake limits.

6.2 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, 77ga reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. Where a system error has resulted in an overpayment of winnings, 77ga reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount. Void bets and rounds do not constitute a basis for any further claim.

6.3 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets on 77ga are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or results in a void market under 77ga's rules, stakes will be returned to players' accounts.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play or live betting markets are subject to suspension and removal at any time, including during the event. Bets accepted before a market is suspended are valid unless otherwise stated. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that bets are confirmed before market suspension occurs; unconfirmed bets at the time of suspension will not be honoured.

7 Fair Play Policy

77ga is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ga platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to place bets without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software to generate winnings.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity conducted through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 77ga platform.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 77ga

• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• The safety or integrity of the platform or other players is at risk.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 77ga account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to completed verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons will be treated with priority care.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 77ga will contact you via the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule communicated in the dormancy notification. Dormant account balances will never fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 77ga platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of 77ga or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77ga platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on the platform.
• Frame or embed any portion of the 77ga platform within any third-party website or application without prior written consent.
• Use the 77ga brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 77ga's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by 77ga.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

77ga collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a 77ga account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data we collect is used for the following primary purposes: account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

77ga's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 77ga account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77ga makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13 Amendments to These Terms

77ga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address on record. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 77ga platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 77ga operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules before any court proceedings are commenced.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 77ga from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights, property, or the security of the platform and its players.
